• Trained and Qualified Employees

All the employees are well trained and passionate about maintaining quality. All employees must complete an extensive training program to provide them with skills, process and knowledge.

• Inbound Raw Materials and Components Tests

We have chosen to work with the top tier suppliers of raw materials and components to ensure the reliability and consistency of our product quality. All incoming components are inspected and tested prior to being released to production.

• Watched Production Process

Every step of production is strictly watched by the Quality Assurance Team, and there are checking spots for the key production steps to conduct a 100% inspection.

• 100% Post Test Printing

After cartridges are manufactured, they will be applied with 100% post-test by printing test pages. Cartridges with a defect will be reworked.

• Comparison before Packaging

Before packaged for delivery, cartridges’ test pages will be compared again with the benchmark prints to make sure all the boxed cartridges are free of defects.

• Post-pack Inspection

Packaged cartridges will be randomly selected to perform life testing and extensive environmental testing.
